We moved recently and needed furniture for our LR and DR. We had purchased from By Design many years earlier and appreciated their quality product line, design services and genuine interest in helping us. I really needed help figuring out what would work with some unique aspects of our home and Jessica was the perfect designer for me. She patiently guided me through the selection process allowing me to choose but steering me away from styles or colors that might not have been the best option.
