“What a wonderfully easy and fun experience! …When we were ready to start thinking about furniture, you added to our great experience! While we have thoughts and opinions on what we want the outcome of our new home to look and feel like…this is far from our area of expertise and we needed help! I have told all of our friends and family that in about 4 hours we picked out a house full of new furniture and we are thrilled! (Given our busy lives, that’s exactly what we needed.) That still seems a little surreal to me…but it’s true! The simple process of walking through both houses (current and new) to share our thoughts and opinions seemed like an everyday conversation with you. We were really impressed when, less than a week later, you had the entire house laid out with styles and fabrics. While we changed a few fabrics and a furniture pieces, they were really tweaks. You had done a tremendous job listening to us. You commented that you wanted every room to be our favorite room…and you succeeded! Every room has its own style, yet it flows so nicely from room to room. Finally, thanks for your flexibility. When I had a couple of final last thoughts at the 11th hour, you were great about being responsive, answering questions and offering suggestions. Thanks for everything you have done to help contribute to making our new home be a reflection of us. We can’t wait to see it all come together!”
