“I just wanted to say how happy I have been with my recent experience working with Laura Beeler on my living room project. We have purchased furniture from By Design several times over the years and have been very happy with the quality and durability of our purchases. Before now, however, we hadn’t really used full design services. When I started thinking about this living room project, I recalled seeing some of By Design’s recent work on their website and in DSM magazine. I knew this project would be a challenge because our house is over 100 years old, and I wanted to introduce some clean, modern ideas while staying true to the history of the house. I thought I knew what I wanted, but when I started measuring the space, I realized I needed some professional advice. Laura came to our house, took detailed measurements, listened to my ideas, and came up with a wonderful plan.
