Years ago Kevin and Joel decided to spray-texture a ceiling themselves. Rent the equipment — mix up the gunk — spray it on. How tough can this be? Predictably, the results were mixed. The ceiling certainly got textured… but so did the floor, the walls and Kevin and Joel. What. A. Mess. That’s when Joel formulated the principle:

It always surprises me when people think we are clerks and not designers. Every one of my girls has a design degree. Plus experience! We figured out that we had over 100 years of experience between all of us. That’s a lot of experience.

Expertise and experience come into play the moment we begin our conversation with you. We need to understand you and the way you live to do our best work. Then the all-important sketching. If you let us sketch with you, we can figure out if that sectional will work in your room. We can do floor plans and you will be able to visualize the room. We can discover those five or six fabrics out of thousands that will make your room special.
