New Floor Leads to a Whole New Room

Creating a whole new comfortable look!

I had the pleasure of working with Jan and Bob Prosperi on this project. They had just gotten a beautiful new wood floor for their West Des Moines living room — and they wanted a whole new look to go with it.

They really liked the Luxe Sofa that was on by Design’s floor. Its durable ultrasuede fabric was comfortable and could be easily cleaned. They needed more seating, and they wanted more than just… chairs. Could their chairs provide some interesting structure in the space? Absolutely. We picked out these comfy Frankie chairs.

We added some lamps to brighten up the space and provide Bob comfortable reading light. Beauty and function!

I think the room turned out great! Jan and Bob were so very pleased with the look and comfort of their new room.
