You’ll be amazed at the impact of fixing one small problem in your room!
Is something nagging you about your room? Is is really good, but not quite… there? There may be some small element you just aren’t happy with. In fact, I’ll bet you already know what it is.
For designers here at by Design, there is no such thing as a project too small. Here’s a great example: My client came in and told me about her room – and in particular – her ottoman. It is a nice piece that is still in great condition. The only problem? The fabric no longer matched the updated look in her new living room.
When you walk into our store, one of the first things you see is our fabric sample area. It’s vast, detailed, and a haven for a fabric nerd like myself. We have thousands of large sample on our wall and more in books. One thing I never want our clients to forget, though, is that these fabrics are not just available to those who order custom pieces from us. We can order yardage for any client, whether they want to recover an item in their home or they just want some fabric for a project down the road.
That’s exactly what we did for my client’s ottoman. Her upholsterer recommended the amount of yardage she would need, and we ordered it in. What a fun way to refresh a great piece!
