John and Beth have been loyal clients since the Woodstock days – even though they live over an hour away! These are the kind of clients that we appreciate so much at by Design – we get to know them over the years and we can put together a special look for them based on our shared history.
Even though I have never even been to their home, I have helped them many times over the years via pictures and emails and appointments in the store. Our goal is to make our design services work for our clients – so we work any way that is convenient for them!
Their newly remodeled living room was designed to be incredibly comfortable for the whole family. John and Beth wanted the easy care of the American Leather Carson sectional & recliner in a rich and warm russet color. American Leather furniture is so well made and stands the test of time, their leather furniture is an investment worth every penny!
We also chose a Norwalk Baxter storage ottoman for them in a fun Sunbrella fabric. Sunbrella fabric is a fabric that can take a bit of a beating, so we love to use it for ottomans and pieces of furniture that will get some use!
The rich earthy tones of the upholstery pieces are nicely accented with the black wood & metal occasional tables. Another fun addition to the room are the two Norwalk Jeeves ottomans that tuck right under the sofa table. They can be used to sit on — put your feet on — or flip the top to a table wherever it is needed. Plus, there is more storage hidden inside.
The counter height game table from Saloom is great for playing games or eating. Note the four different customized chair styles? They really add a unique design aspect to the room. This is a timeless room that they will enjoy for years to come.
