We’ve featured this sophisticated loft in one of our project posts, and now Iowan Magazine has done an article about it. The loft features magnificent views, open spaces and a walk-able neighborhood. When you add in the beautiful interior design that the Faber’s and by Design have co-created, the result is a wonderful place to live.

We love the deep turquoise Kiley sofa they chose here. The deep, structural back & arms, the bright nailhead trim and the wonderful color are the anchor for this room. And the rest of the room lives up to the Kiley. The bedroom features an upholstered bed and chandelier and oozes personality.
