Killer Statement Piece

A Killer Statement Piece

A killer statement piece draws your eye and speaks directly to your emotions. It may or may not be the focal point of the room – but it ususally is. Something about the lines, or the texture, or the finish shouts out when you look at the room.

A killer statement piece isn’t necessarily raucous and colorful (though that will certainly work). But it is that piece that creates drama, tells a story and adds the power to your room.

A few ideas:

Cuzco Media Console
Plantation yukas deliver warmth to minimalist styling. Slender legs of bronzed iron support an ash-finished frame as resin fills yukas’ natural graining. Iron hardware adds a hint of modern edge to mid-century form. Six open-front doors offer ample storage.

Lena Console
Go bold with a shape-driven statement. Almond-finished oak encases patterned door fronts of mixed-finish mirror, with slim iron legs to round out this modernist material mix. Rear cutouts for easy media cord management.

Santa Cruz Cocktail Table
Thick white marble and equally massive dark bronze legs are both beautiful and visually strong.

Hudson Coffee Table
Stunning forces of nature are captured in a coffee table, as spalted primavera wood is hand-shaped into a cylindrical silhouette. Reflective of woods’ natural character, a slight color variance is possible.

Vera Chair
Distinctive details and suave shaping make for a hip, modernist duo. Patina brown top-grain leather slings for a suspended look while aged brass steel provides slim style and sturdy support. Rear black canvas covering adds under-the-radar edge.

Bauer Chair
Cream-colored upholstery exclusive to Four Hands fastens to parawood framing by way of trend-forward buckles. Angular arms honor mid-century design, adding a throwback feel to a cutting-edge look.

Dune Console Table
The elegant Dune finished here in sugarcoat with brass ferrels. Huge selection of sophisticated finishes available.

Rosco Console Table
Shown with shelf finished in Hampton with satin brass frame. An architectural delight!

Hand tufting lends equal parts comfort and sophistication to wheat-colored poly-blend fabric and squared-off arms. Slim gunmetal-toned legs add an industrial touch to clean, trend-forward seating.

Maxx Sofa
This modern take on the classic library sofa is covered in distressed black top-grain leather and mounted on a weathered oak base. Aged bronze nailheads add modernity.

A two-tier desk of brown mango wood features intricate carving for a uniquely textured look and float-like feel. Gunmetal-finished iron legs offer an intriguing material mix with a modern touch.
