We saw a thousand great new things at the High Point Furniture Market. Occasionally old is new. So this new furniture style is – the Metro Sectional. That’s right, one of our favorite sofas is now available as a sectional. Here’s the Metro sofa that we’ve come to know and love:
This is the Metro sofa. It has long been a favorite of our designers. Metro’s wide-track stepped arms and simple square lines allow it to effortlessly work in both modern and retro room designs. There are three length options, 74″ condo sofa, 83″ sofa and 104″ long sofa. This means it works in almost any room. Plus Metro is available in thousands of fabrics and leathers.
So, we were excited when Norwalk Furniture added sectional pieces to this design. Chair, loveseat and sofa sections as well as corner sofas and arc sections make it amazingly versatile. Metro’s scale works easily with either the smallest or largest configurations.
Maybe we should have titled it an Old / New Furniture Style: the Metro Sectional. Whatever you call it, we hope to use Metro in some of our client’s room designs.
